Here you will find an overview of all services included in the room rate.
We offer three types of meals, which you can book for the entire holidays per family or per group, depending on your preferences. Here you can find rooms, packages and extra services.
Bed and breakfast
Included meals:
- Breakfast buffet
- Coffee and tea bar all day for self-service
All other meals and drinks will be charged according to the consumption. The surcharge for full board is € 10,– per person and night, the surcharge for thefull board with drinks package is € 22,– per person and night (bookable from 6 January for a stay of 3 nights or more). Children and the 3rd adult person in the room we charge according to the child discount.
Full board

- 4-course dinner with choice of menu (incl. salad buffet with homemade dressings), children’s dish
- Regular theme evenings (gala dinner, barbecue or dessert buffet)
Drinks and special orders are charged extra. The surcharge for the full board with drinks package is € 12,– per person and night (bookable from 6 January for a stay of 3 nights or more). The discount to room with breakfast is € 10,– per person per night. Children and the 3rd adult person in the room we charge according to the child discount.

Full board with drinks package
Included meals:
- Breakfast buffet
- Coffee and tea bar all day for self-service
- Small lunch buffet or lunch menu
- Cake in the afternoon
- 4-course dinner with choice of menu (incl. salad buffet with homemade dressings), children’s dish
- Regular theme evenings (gala dinner, barbecue or dessert buffet)

Special orders and drinks not included in this menu will be charged extra. The discount to full board without drinks package is € 12,– and to room with breakfast € 20,– per person and night. Children and the 3rd adult person in the room we charge according to the child discount.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
A deposit is required only for the Chalet Biohaus. However, you are welcome to transfer a part or the total amount to us in advance. No deposit is required for rooms or suites. More about the rooms.

Can I cancel free of charge?
If you book directly with us, you have no risk. In case of cancellation, you will not be charged. If for whatever reason you are unable to arrive, or if something changes, please contact us right away and we will try to find a solution together. Possibly the holidays can be shortened or postponed. Any deposits made will remain as a credit for the next trip. Please contact us right away. More about the rooms.

When do I pay for the holidays?
You can conveniently pay on the spot. A deposit is required only for the bio house. However, you are welcome to transfer a part or the total amount to us in advance. The rest of the payment is made on the spot with cash or card. If you pay with cash on the spot upon arrival, you will receive a 2% discount on the room rate. More about the rooms.

What does "Best Price Guarantee" mean?
At the Glocknerhof you can be sure that you will always get the best price when booking directly. In addition, you have a wider choice of rooms, you do not need to pay a deposit, you can cancel free of charge and if you pay with cash you will receive a 2% discount. When should I book the holidays?
In principle, you can book at the Glocknerhof at any time. Rooms may still be available even at short notice. If you already have a holidays, it is best to book now. Cancellation or rebooking would be possible free of charge. The earlier you are on, the better room requests can be accommodated. The hotel is busier during holiday periods and extended weekends. We will be happy to advise you.

From when is the check-in possible?
Check-in is possible from 2 pm. Usually the rooms are ready a little earlier. Check-out is until 10 am.

What is the best way to travel?
At the Glocknerhof you can arrive by car, train, bike, plane or on foot. Pick up from the train station is possible. More information on how to get there.
