Kitchen: apprentice chef, young chef, chef de partie
Service: Restaurant specialist apprentice, part-time or full-time service employee
Room: Maid/boy
Interns and temporary staff: For the summer (at least 8 weeks), vacation periods or occasionally for weekends, evenings or events

Apprentices, trainees and temporary staff in service, kitchen and rooms
Service: Restaurant specialist apprentice, service employee, chef de rang, commis de rang, waiter/waitress for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Kitchen: apprentice chef, young chef, chef de partie, gardemanger, patissier, sous chef, dishwasher
Rooms and others: chambermaid, governess, janitor, agricultural worker, hiking guide, model flying instructor.
