Included in the price:
Daily rates according to occupancy and season in euros with WIFI, parking at the accommodation, ski bus to the Emberger Alm (when buying a ski pass), guest card of the region including free train travel (S-Bahn) throughout Carinthia to Lienz.
All additional costs are included in the price: Heating, electricity, wood for the wood stove, radio, TV, internet, bed linen, towels, washing machine, tumble dryer, fully equipped kitchen, taxes, local tax and final cleaning.
Catering in the hotel and hotel services are NOT included in the basic price, but can be booked additionally if required.

The 190 m² premium chalet is particularly suitable for discerning nature mountain lovers. The highlight of this accommodation is its quiet, secluded location with views of the Oberdrautal mountains. With high-quality furnishings, 3 bedrooms and plenty of space, our newly renovated farmhouse is particularly popular with families and groups.
In principle, the vacation home “Beim Rauter” is booked without meals and independently of the Hotel Glocknerhof. If required, you can also book meals in the restaurant and hotel services from the Glocknerhof.
Location of the holiday home
The house is situated on a plateau at 920 m above sea level, high above the village Greifenburg, approx. 2 km from the Hotel Glocknerhof and is easily accessible by car at any time of year. Access is via the paved road to the Emberger Alm.
The Emberger Alm is a small family ski area with ski bus and ski school in winter and an ideal starting point for alpine and summit hikes in summer. The ski bus can pick you up directly at the house and bring you back again.
The center of the village Greifenburg is only 1 km away. There you will find everything you need for daily life: supermarket, bank, pharmacy, doctors, petrol station, car repair shops, Greifenburg train station.
Great excursion destinations are the Greifenburg water adventure trail and the toll mile, which are very close to the vacation home. Further information on excursion destinations.
Division of the rooms
As guests, you have exclusive use of the entire house including the surrounding meadows. There are no other guests on the premises.
First floor inside: Fully equipped kitchen, living room (original Carinthian farmhouse parlor), bathroom 1 with shower, bathtub, washbasin, washing machine and dryer, toilet 1, storage room with fridge, freezer.
First floor outside: Free parking directly at the house, garden with seating and barbecue facilities, sunbathing lawn and large meadow for pets or for children to play.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms, reading corner, bathroom 2 with shower, bath and washbasin, toilet 2nd floor.
The basement and attic are not accessible. This is where the building services are located.

Prices
The daily rates for the house depend on the season and the number of persons (2 to 9 persons). The minimum stay is 4 nights, during the Christmas vacations 7 nights. From an occupancy of 4 persons children are reduced. Please send us an inquiry.
Payment
The deposit is 25 % of the total price at the time of booking. The remaining amount is to be paid in advance 4 weeks before arrival or in cash on site. If you pay in cash on arrival, you will receive a 2% discount.
Cancellation: Cancellation would be free of charge. The deposit will be refunded if canceled more than 1 month before arrival and retained if canceled less than 1 month before arrival.
