A well-maintained mountain road leads from the hotel up to the Emberger Alm at 1800 meters. The nearest mountain passes, the Kreuzberg near the Weissensee and the Gailbergsattel into the Lesachtal are only a few kilometers away. After the excursion, relax in the sauna and pool or enjoy a cold beer on the terrace. Among the most famous are the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, the Nockalm Road, the Goldeck Panoramic Road and the Malta High Alpine Road including the K\u00f6lnbrein Dam. The best thing about excursions in Carinthia: There are not only mountains, but almost everywhere you pass a lake. A pleasure for all senses: Countless curves, even hairpin bends in the valley of the Lesach, experiences on narrow roads away from all the hustle and bustle and through villages worth seeing \u2013 that makes this route unmistakable.
